We’re excited to share that Mission Neighborhood Health Center is growing to better serve you! We’re moving from our current location at 4434 Mission St. to our new clinic at 4836 Mission St., located in the Islais Place building in the Excelsior neighborhood. Our new clinic will offer expanded primary care, behavioral health, women’s health, pediatrics, wellness services, and new dental services, reinforcing our commitment to high-quality, accessible healthcare for all. We accept most private and Medi Cal insurance plans.

- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
