At Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC), our compassionate and dedicated team of health professionals is committed to providing respectful, culturally-sensitive care that contributes to the well-being of patients and their families – from children to adults. We work together with patients to obtain a holistic view of their needs addressing their medical concerns as well as life challenges that may be impacting their health — all focused on healing. Patients receive care in their native language, including support and preventative education and facilitated referrals to specialist and community services.

We specialize in providing care in a community setting and welcome all eligible patients, regardless of ability to pay. All services are provided on a sliding fee scale, based on the patient’s income.
