Referrals

As a healthcare or community services professional, you are often best acquainted with your patients’ or clients’ needs and when it may be appropriate for you to refer them for further services. MNHC accepts referrals from community agencies, organizations and clinics throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We strive to offer your patients/clients with quality care and service and ensure that your referrals are treated with the same respect and care that you deliver.

We accept referrals for care and services from our partners in the community. Our goal is to make the process easy as possible.
