How to access

We welcome patients who are uninsured and low-income and offer affordable healthcare on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s income and family size. At MNHC, no one is denied care due to inability to pay. If you are not eligible for coverage on other programs, please ask about discounts based on your income. You may apply for a discount at the Front Desk of your Clinic. We also accept patients with the following types of insurance:

• San Francisco Health Plan
• San Mateo Health Plan
• Anthem Blue Cross
• Medicare
• Hill Physicians
• Brown&Toland
