MNHC receives $50,000 Historic Preservation Fund Grant
MNHC was recently designated a Legacy Business with the support of former San Francisco Board Supervisor David Campos. This designation was a result of the passing of Proposition J in November 2015, which established the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund and directed the Office of Small Business (OSB) to award Business Assistance Grants to Legacy Businesses to promote the long-term stability of Legacy Businesses and help them remain in the city.
We are pleased to announce that we have received a $50,000 grant from the Historic Preservation Fund. The grant will be used to install a new wooden bench for patients in our parking lot, to replace the downstairs hallway flooring and to replace the chain link fence that surrounds the patient parking lot.
Grants such as these help us to maintain our physical plant and ensure the safety of the many patients we serve in the community. We are grateful for the support.
