MNHC Awarded Grant to Support Care of Remaining Uninsured

Through the generosity of the City of San Francisco and the support of San Francisco Supervisor David Campos, Mission Neighborhood Health Center is the recipient of a $700,000 grant over two years to support care for the remaining uninsured.  While a number of the low income patients served by the health center will be eligible for the expansion of Medi-Cal and some families will be able to access subsidies through Covered California, many of our immigrant patients will not be eligible for these programs.   Mission Neighborhood Health Center continues it’s commitment to serve all who walk in our doors and with this support our ability to do so is significantly enhanced.
