Dear Patients,

We have the COVID19 vaccine for children 5 to 11 years old. Please call us today or within the next few days to schedule an appointment at (415) 552-3870.

When you call, you may want to schedule a visit with your child’s pediatrician.  Or,
You may want to schedule an appointment during our COVID19ChildrenVaccine as follows:

SHOTWELL – FIRST DOSE*
Tuesday, November 23, 2021 – Evening Children Vaccine Clinic 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday, November 24, 2021 – Evening Children Vaccine Clinic 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

EXCELSIOR – FIRST DOSE*
Mondays and Wednesdays, 1 pm to 4:45 pm

MISSION-BERNAL – FIRST DOSE*
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 11 am to 12:45 pm

*Please remember, for the COVID19 children vaccine it is required to wait at least 21 days (3 weeks after the first dose. Please plan to bring your child back for the second dose, accordingly.
