HIV Treatment Outreach and Linkages

The HIV Treatment Outreach team works in the community to raise awareness of HIV, share information about prevention, and link persons living with HIV to care, treatment, and essential supportive services. HIV prevention and treatment awareness groups are organized by the Treatment Outreach Workers at various agencies to increase engagement in health care for HIV positive and HIV negative persons.
