Valencia Clinic Closed

Notice about Valencia Clinic Closure

As of January 22nd, 2016 the Mission Neighborhood Health Center Valencia Clinic at 1647 Valencia Street has permanently closed. Staff and services provided at the Valencia Clinic have transitioned to our Shotwell and Excelsior clinics located in the Mission and Excelsior neighborhoods respectively.

If you were a patient at the Valencia Clinic and are uncertain which clinic you were assigned to please call the Shotwell Clinic at (415) 552-3870 x348 or the Excelsior Clinic at (415) 406-1353 / (415) 582-6878.
