HIV Treatment Outreach and Linkages

In conjunction with the HIV Testing program, MNHC's Treatment Outreach program conducts community based services in order to link clients to our different HIV Testing sites as well as other community services. HIV prevention groups are organized by the Treatment Outreach workers at various agencies to increase awareness of our programs and provide referrals for their clients. This program also works closely with the Clínica Esperanza's Treatment Link Specialist to identify out-of-care HIV+ individuals and link them to the appropriate HIV services.
